I had the chance to start my apprenticeship very close to the "zero moment" of this industry.

Along the way, I met special people who helped me understand that the best decision is only the one you give identity to and which you fully assume. I also learned from them that even diamonds are ephemeral. I always looked at them as an investment of their own in me.

The time is right to make this currency convertible.

I have lived interesting experiences since then. I now firmly believe that there is always room for better because, in the end, nobody's perfect.

My history in marketing communication

My history in marketing-communication (marcomm) and advertising is, more or less, as old as the history post 1989 of this industry in Romania. I had the privilege to start early on, to be a part of the change and watch the advertising and marcomm industry advance and flourish at the same time I was.

I began to work for an advertising agency that evolved constantly, adapting to the market and customers, and I worked with some of the biggest brands in various fields. These collaborations have strongly influenced my work ethic and my determination to improve. I feel like having been exposed to this level of marketing really shifted my focus in terms of customer satisfaction and my own professional goals.

Throughout the numerous projects that I have been involved in, I didn’t only acquire skills that proved essential to communication, marketing and ATL/BTL, but also to my personal evolution from a fresh graduate of Journalism to General Manager and Partner Mediator.

The steps I have taken felt natural and looking back it seems like the best possible choices lead me to where I am today. I take great satisfaction in what I do and I aim to further learn and evolve. Because the only way I imagine going further is by changing for the better: adapting to new circumstances, acquiring and learning new skills, meeting new people, taking up new hobbies, setting new goals. Because the only thing that never changes is the need to constantly change.
